Nestle approached eWave with a brief to entirely reimagine their email marketing communications. The challenge for eWave was to create a stream of communication that would attract, engage and nurture customers in equal measure.

Believing that innovation doesn’t stop at technology, eWave would work closely with multiple brands across the Nestle network to push the boundaries of design and usability to maximise user experience and conversion. Understanding that Nestle’s customers are increasingly mobile-first, responsive and touch-friendly design elements such as swipe sliders and expandable menus would be leveraged to provide an engaging experience for customers accessing emails on all devices.
