THE ROLE

• Support private entrepreneurs in various capacities (operational, legal, registrational, banking, private).
• Maintain documentation flow for each PE and provide support with banking operations.
• Calculate and support with payment of the Common Tax and Single Social Contribution, prepare all required declarations and reports.
• Keep a ledger of PEs income and make payments.
• Keep under control legislation changes.
• Provide financial reports and interpreting financial information to the Management upon request.
• Support Finance and Administration, HR departments in various activities.

THE CANDIDATE

• You have higher or professional education (accounting, economics, finance).
• Experience in full-cycle maintenance of private entrepreneurs, experience working in the IT field would be an advantage.
• Confident user of MS Excel, Google Documents, Google Spreadsheets; knowledge of 1С, M.E.Doc will be a plus.
• Good understanding of tax and business accounting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized, with a focus on attention to details.
• Capable of discretely handling confidential information.
• Working proficiency in English is a must.
