THE ROLE

This is  a very strategic role which will support the Managing Director.

A track record of success in supporting executives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment is essential in this role. The ideal candidate will be a highly energetic, approachable professional who has the natural gift of handling challenging situations with tact and a high amount of urgency.

The ideal candidate will anticipate issues before they arise and build relationships effortlessly with both internal and external stakeholders. You think that no task is too small and are willing to provide support where needed in order to assist your team members. The right attitude and willingness to learn will be your key to success in this role. You are able to work at speed and can navigate a multitude of systems that make work more efficient. 

Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to the Managing Director.

 

  • Help drive company operational objectives

  • Provide tailored executive support to the Managing Director

  • Manage complex calendars including vetting and prioritizing meeting requests

  • Handle emails and communications; communicate with both internal and external parties with a high level of professionalism and diplomacy 

  • Organize and participate in business strategy meetings, leadership meetings and other general team meetings

  • Plan offsite events, and provide support on logistics, invites, agenda, slide decks, meeting notes and follow-up action items

  • Book domestic and international travel, including air and ground transportation, hotel reservations, and travel visas

  • Manage travel and business expenses in a proactive, fiscally alert manner

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of various customer and partner events (Salesforce, Adobe and other Partners)

  • Ensure confidentiality of all appropriate communications and documents

  • Work with other broader administrators and team

THE CANDIDATE

  • 6+ years working experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred

  • A high sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

  • Impeccable organization skills with attention to detail

  • The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

  • Incredible time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple competing priorities and people

  • The ability to work on-site daily in our Sydney office, plus off-hours availability for questions, meetings, projects and errands

  • Focus on customer service at all levels

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent project and event management skills

  • High degree of proficiency with all Google Suite and Office Suite of applications

  • BA/BS degree preferred
