This role will be responsible for digital marketing and partner marketing initiatives of Globant Commerce Studio, handling marketing campaigns from concept to execution - develop, implement, track and optimize campaigns and events across all channels.
Plan, manage and execute marketing initiatives within budgetary guidelines and deadlines such as (but not limited to) tactical campaigns, webinars, events, newsletters, social media, EDMs, and other relevant content.
Develop and maintain regular partner communications
Plan and implement events across regions collaborating with internal and external resources to ensure smooth execution with a post-event report and analysis.
Promote solutions and brand positioning with partners (research industry trends and support in identifying messaging, value proposition for partner’s product/ solution as it fits into GTM campaigns)
Probe, assess and pitch co-marketing opportunities with partners and secure MDF
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email marketing sequences, social media and display advertising campaigns
Design, build and maintain our social media presence across all digital channels
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Ensure the website is consistently audited, tracked and optimized based on insights.
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
Minimum 5 years marketing experience.
Experience in e-commerce / tech industries
Experience in B2B companies or agencies
Experience building and driving partner marketing strategies and execution tactics
Good understanding of partner business models, digital transformation business drivers, emerging commerce trends
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Self-starter, thrives in a fast-paced environment, effectively manages priorities
Demonstrable experience in setting up and managing SEO/SEM, websites, marketing database, emailers/workflows, social media, display advertising campaigns
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Experience in optimizing landing pages, use of tracking tools/UTMs and user funnels
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Experience in CRM/Marketing/Email marketing tools such as Hubspot/ActiveCampaign, or other similar platforms.
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends, Hotjar)
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords and social media campaigns
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
