THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Enterprise Account Executive who is ready to join a global digital transformation and consulting business, as a key contributor to our world-class global sales organisation. 

The Account Executive will focus on securing relationships with qualified targets and decision makers to uncover opportunities, develop effective sales strategies, manage the pursuit process and act as a key advisor to the business throughout the sales process.

THE ROLE

  • Responsible for managing an enterprise portfolio of clients that are household names
  • Own a territory plan to drive net new sales and logos, driving, design and implementing the go-to market strategy
  • Nurture leads through the sales cycle, realising opportunity and being the primary contact to prospects/leads
  • Preparing responses to RFPs, proposals and contractual agreements, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders 
  • A data-driven individual contributor, with the ability to leverage and communicate using data to improve core KPIs aligned to revenue generation targets
  • Drive partner relationships, leveraging an ecosystem of platform and auxiliary services to yield joint account wins based on client value
  • Tailor your pitch/demo/proposal/Statement of Work to meet client business objectives with eWaves end-to-end service offering
  • Consistently achieve/exceed a personal quota with relentless resilience
  • In this role, you will report into the ANZ Sales Director 

THE CANDIDATE

  • A minimum of 5 years experience selling high end, project-based, eCommerce services, with extensive experience engaging in a mid to long sales cycle
  • You have the ability to ask clients the right questions with analytical problem identification and resolution skills leveraging a matrix organisation to help clients
  • Self motivated in qualifying and prospecting to build a healthy pipeline fit with eWave client account profiles of world-class enterprise brands
  • Executive presence to navigate across the boardroom of Chief Digital Officers/eCommerce Leaders, Chief Technology Officers, CIOs and CMOs 
  • Strong business acumen, commercially astute with common sense, and demonstrated ability to negotiate as well as close complex deals. 
  • Previous experience partnering with Salesforce and Adobe, or alternative eCommerce technology providers is a plus
  • Outstanding communication skills, including immaculate presentation skills
  • Strong work ethic, results-oriented and meticulous team player
