Sheridan designs are unique and timeless artistic contributions and therefore needed a premium experience to compliment the look and feel of the brand and provide service that customers expect

Sheridan valued user testing which gave eWave the opportunity to conduct internal & external testing on varying scales. We were able to conduct our largest test to date, gathering over 1,000 unique results to back up design decisions and inform changes.
Sheridan was able to use the test results to guide them when it came to making big decisions on this design-only engagement, it put both parties at ease knowing that the end-result was being guided by the users who would ultimately engage with the product.
After gathering test results, eWave was able to make better informed decisions around language, colours & assets used throughout the website.
Initial designs we’re presented to & modified with the Sheridan team before creating a user test that would be emailed to willing participants.
Sheridan was able to gather a large amount of willing participants which helped guide the design decisions and confirm assumptions made by the design team.
Throughout a reiterative process, eWave alongside Sheridan was able to create two unique sites leveraging the one framework. This allowed Sheridan’s internal development team to move quicker through the development phase and allow for a quicker go-live date.
