Facilitating Better Customer Experience Across Digital Channels

The objectives of the Connor Website redesign was to leverage the frictionless customer experience created for YD, supporting the cross-channel nature of consumer journeys.

Connor’s brand presence is value driven, it was important to the client to represent this without coming across cheap.

Connor wanted to improve their click & collect experience with a shift from warehouse-to-store delivery to true instore pickup with a live preview of stock levels.

The previous website was very category driven and based on ERP systems and was outdated in terms of commerce functionality which lacked the ability for click-and-collect options

Balancing Design with Business & Consumers Objectives

Leveraging the framework created for , Connor was able to implement a seamless omnichannel experience for users with a focus on value sells & large scale promotions.

With Connor’s click & collect implementation, eWave needed to design a system that could seamlessly display live stock levels, direct customers to their nearest 3 stores from PDP and communicate with the checkout function to smoothly connect decisions made on the PDP to checkout stage.
