With a heritage built on market innovation and transcendent customer experiences, Myer are an icon of Australian retailing. However, with an extensive network of around 750 suppliers feeding their digital commerce channels and causing bottlenecks in the product management process, products could take up to 3 months to appear online. This speed-to-market left suppliers frustrated, and customers with a bad experience, only able to shop their favourite brands a season too late.
