However, with an extensive network of around 750 suppliers feeding their digital commerce channels and causing bottlenecks in the product management process, products could take up to 3 months to appear online. This speed-to-market left suppliers frustrated, and customers with a bad experience, only able to shop their favourite brands a season too late.

After identifying the need for a PIM solution to streamline their product information management, Myer selected eWave to deliver their solution on the Akeneo PIM platform. After working with Myer to meticulously map out the existing customer journey, eWave developed a strategy that would reengineer the organisation’s technology infrastructure and processes to deliver efficiency and speed-to-market for the supplier network.
