Listrak Named Niche Player for Multichannel Campaign Management in Gartner Report

We are proud to announce that Listrak, eWave’s commerce marketing automation partner, has been recognised as a Niche Player in the 2017 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Multichannel Campaign Management. In the report, Gartner ranked 22 vendors based on completeness of their vision and their ability to execute.

The honour reflects Listrak’s continued commitment to deliver multichannel digital marketing solutions with data-driven insights. The platform was commended for its SaaS-based Digital Marketing Automation Platform, its innovative marketing automation and campaign management suites, as well as its roadmap of future features.

Listrak have recently expanded their data integration with retailer systems and third-party data sources, supporting advanced analytics such as predictive customer lifetime value. On the email automation side of the application, capabilities added include a drag-and-drop responsive builder, predictive content personalisation, send-time optimization and email-to-store attribution.
