Ultraceuticals, a leader in the global cosmeceutical industry had recently transformed their platform to provide an engaging experience for new customers and brand loyalists. Because of the success of this new strategy, they decided to take it global. They required the same unparalleled experience for their EU region with a strong focus on leveraging and increasing their referral base.

The Strategy

Work closely with ultraceutical clinics to increase referrals and retain customers.

Working with distribution partners in different regions, we set out to create and increase a referral base that would attract and retain a new audience fast.  We set out to introduce new features that would unify the transaction experience between physical and online stores by introducing an online referral program with the ability to track customer behaviours, associate orders with specific clinics and calculate rebates.
