The Challenge

To reinvent a whole enterprise commerce stack to meet evolving expectations of the customer

Taking Shape had outgrown their commerce platform, leaving behind the demands of their customers for a truly unified experience.

 

With an accelerated go-live date, Taking Shape were looking to connect their back end systems with their website and sales channels to create a fully responsive digital experience with scalability for a multi-brand and multi-region approach.

The Strategy

Delivering a full omni-channel solution with multi-brand delivery on a single commerce stack

To be able to centrally manage product data, we implemented Fusion Factory PIM to provide cloud based product information management. 

 

We also set out to find ways to integrate a tiered loyalty program, allowing for custom vouchers and gift cards completely integrated with the ERP system.

 

In an Australian first, Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA) was implemented in response to Taking Shape’s vision of a mobile-first website.
