Streamlining the transition from digital to physical interaction between Kennards Hire and their customer was vital to the success of the project. After selecting products to hire, customers are given the option to either have them delivered, or Click & Collect from their selected branch.

B2B Account
Management

Kennards Hire business customers are able to allocate master and child accounts to staff members with different permissions, delivery addresses and hire rates specific to their account profile. In another B2B custom development, users can also view their credit balance, aging history, receive quotes and pay invoices.
